Company Background
 

Societe Mixte de Transport.,Ltd (SMT) was founded in 1990, a State Private Joint Venture Company under Ministry of Communication, Transport, Post and Construction and was privatized in 1996 according to the policy of Government.

SMT employs more than 70 staffs, equipped with machine and equipment such as trucks, trailers, forklift, crane, warehouse and open storage facilities and has branch offices in four main Provinces as: Khammuan, Savannakhet Champasack and Luang Prabang.Because of experiences with internal and international

services Because of experiences with internal and international services including the use of both vehicles and warehouse and through the coordination with agencies both inside the country and abroad, Societe Mixte de Transport has enough capacity to solve all problem that you may encounter while transportation your goods by land, air or sea.

Now a day, SMT becomes one of the professional leading company in Lao PDR strongly sharing to the economic development of the country.
